Conference Rooms vary in size, and most work areas can accommodate up to 21 people. However, on request, we can accommodate groups of almost any size.
All meeting rooms can be booked on an hourly basis and are equipped with whiteboards, flip charts, and other facilities to keep your sessions running smoothly. Our on-site team will welcome you and decorate your room the way you want, making sure you have everything you need. All rooms are equipped with business-grade conference telephone technology, including high-speed Internet access, and monitors and projectors are available as needed.
Absolutely, we are here to assist every stage of our members by providing a highly flexible and flexible mobile workspace solution for future work. Contact our local engagement team or account manager to discuss options and requirements.
Prices for our office space depending on the type of office, size, terms of use, and additional services required. Please send a message from the contact form or email your request. We will share quotes based on staff needs, where you need them, and other specific infrastructure requirements.
You can wait up to 30 minutes at the reception before your meeting starts. If you do not have another reservation, you may be able to arrive at your room earlier than when you made the reservation. Don’t hesitate to get in touch with the reception in your selected work area.
If we don’t have any more reservations after your meeting is over, you can use meeting rooms as long as you want. Payment costs will be updated.
