Menlo Park comfortably seats up to 40 participants. The exact number depends on the layout you choose. A theatre setup fits the most people, while a boardroom or U-shape works best for smaller groups that need to face each other and discuss. Share your headcount with our team and we will recommend the right setup.
Yes. The room has five large display screens, HDMI connectivity, high-speed fiber WiFi and an OWL video conferencing camera that follows whoever is speaking. Remote participants can see and hear the room clearly, and our onsite team can help with setup before your meeting starts.
Every booking includes the AV and video conferencing equipment, WiFi, whiteboards, complimentary coffee, tea and snacks, and support from our onsite team. Catering such as breakfast or lunch can be arranged on request. We set up the room to your chosen layout before you arrive, so your meeting can start on time.
If you cancel at least 48 hours before your booking start time, you will receive a full refund. Cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance qualify for a 50% refund. We recommend letting us know as soon as your meeting is canceled or rescheduled.
Yes, subject to availability. Share your new preferred date and time with our team, and we will move your booking. We recommend requesting changes at least 24 to 48 hours before your original start time.
